Overview
We hope you love Kylie Kent Range as much as we do. Like the rest of the work, we are only human and from time to time mistakes will happen, on the odd occurrence that this does happen please see our Return process below. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, as quickly as possible. 

Returns are only accepted within 14 Days of receipt of your items. Acceptable return items are those that are faulty or damaged. These must be returned in the original packaging and have no signs of wear or makeup. 

All shipping fees are non refundable and it is up to the returnee to pay for the goods to be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Address errors
  • Shipping or stock delays 
  • Unsatisfaction with different colours profiles between different garments or designs
  • Incorrect product selection by user – it is the responsibility of the customer to check size charts, style, garment thickness and colours before confirming and paying for their order. 
  • Variances in the garment size of +/- 2cm (supplier allowance)
  • Unsatisfaction with print size
  • Unclaimed goods
  • Returns sent without approval

Please do not include any of the following in your return perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns for exchange or store credit

Excludes shipping and processing fees.

Return shipping

We do not reimburse shipping charges.

In cases where Kylie Kent agrees to organise the return, the customer must place the item in secure packaging and include return address provided.

Once you have confirmed that you are eligible for a refund/reprint then simply send us an email to kylie@kyliekent.com with the following information.

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The date of your purchase
  • What you would like to return
  • A short description of the manufacturing and/or print error
  • A photo 

We will contact you as soon as we receive your return request to discuss what your options are and the next steps.
